Can I please get a "human?"

short little note....

It seems that more and more businesses are reliant on these "automated answerers. To be honest, they really anger me. I mean, come on, I have just one simple little question and I am being made to wait forever and a day to talk to a "human." Today, I call FedEx to tell them that there is no way I was going to be able to pick up my package and to hopefully redeliver at a better time for me. After 5-10 minutes of pure automated voices, I finally got through to a human. Sad how our world is becoming nothing more than "automated voices" and digital equipment. Taking out the human element in all we do.

This is because humans cost money and machines do not.
