音楽: Mulan II ~DVD~

Well, not much happened this week. I lost a student because she moved to the mainland. Progress on my romance...mark it up as "failed." Well, things just didn't go the way I thought, I guess, but oh well. I went to go to see "Fever Pitch." It was a pretty good film, for a Farelley Brothers Film. It was not all gross and disgusting like one would expect. Drew Barrymore was exceptionally good looking as well. Anyway, you have most like read the review of the film already, but I will just give a quick shpill about it:
The film begins with Lindsey Meeks, an overwork woman who has been dating many men, but each relationship she had been in has failed. So the Love goddess enters the room and on an excursion for school, enters Ben (Jimmy Fallon). Ben, a school teacher, falls head over heels for Lindsey, but his approach is like a rickety truck on a runway, no chance of taking off. Surprisingly, Lindsey decides that even love deserves the proper pitch and Ben scores a run to first base. however, as the relationship evolves, Lindsey finds that Ben is a hardcore Red Sox fan and that she must compete with his love with the red sox. Only problem is she continues to strike out with Ben in comparison to the Red Sox. As the movie progress the question remains, will the two hit a grand slam and come together in the end, or will this relationship remain on the bench...forever?

Anyway, I like the film, but I do not think that it will hit my $20 price range. It was good, but like baseball, very slow to watch. I had hoped it would be better than it was, but that is my opinion, and I am a really big sap when it comes to romance films. I love them, but this one did not win a home run in my heart, more like second base. Anyway, I hope you think otherwise.

Next Week: "Amityville Horror" and "A Lot Like Love"

For the rest of the week, there really was not to report about. I did enjoy teaching again, and my students are really enjoying Slavery. I just hope that Monday's observation goes smooth, but I know better than that, really. Guarantee something will go wrong, it always does. Especially when there are people there observing you. Well, I guess I will let you know next week. Take care!!

Hey, so what do you teach anyways?

I just might have to break my streak of not going to the movies to see Amityville Horror. The original was always one of my favorites, so I gotta see how badly they butchered it lol. Or maybe it'll surprise me who knows. I usually just wait for stuff to come out on on video cause I'm cheap but I think it's time for some popcorn and imitation butter like product. haha

I love horror movies!

My favorite movie of all time is Silence of the Lambs. But I especially have a soft spot for the really corny horror movies. Like Killer Klowns From Outter Space. Have you seen it? If not you must!

That's really cool! You seem like you'd be a fun teacher to have.
