Do you think your moods are controlled by your brain chemistry or that your brain chemistry dictates your moods? Do you believe people are born with particular emotional temperaments or that they are primarily shaped by environmental factors?
Geez, how do they come up with these difficult questions??

Hard to say... since I work in a classroom and I know that there are some children who can't control themselves makes me say: brain chemistry controls all. But, there are some points to consider. If a child, who has no learning disability, is brought up in a negative environment may internalize that environment and take it as that's how life is.

I was brought up in a rather... depressing environment. But, I learned over time that life and family life is not that at all. I learned over time to control my "thoughts," and my emotions. I can be surrounded by depressing people and know not to become depressed and do what I need to do to stay sane. But that is me. Not everyone is me and everyone is different. Thus, my answer is: both! Depends on... YOU!
