Too bad I need to be professional, I could have fun with this letter.

Someone's family member passed away, and I have been getting the faculty to sign sympathy cards. To speed up the process, I bought 3 different cards and wrote this letter to inform everyone what I was doing. As I was typing it, I thought of an alternative....read on....

This is the one I am most like to send out to the faculty....

Good morning!!!

As you are aware, a member of XXXXXX’s family has departed upon the eternal path. As a way of showing how much we care for her, please sign the enclosed card. To save time, sympathy cards have been divided and partnered up with certain grade levels. Furthermore, time is importance (as I would like to present this card to XXXXX as soon as possible).

Please have all the members of your grade level sign the enclosed card and pass on
to _____________________________ grade, so that members of that grade level can sign today.

Sharon is out today, so this is the opportune time to fill out the card.

Return to Sensei today.
Monetary donations not required (however, do feel free to donate).

Mahalo for your kokua. Take care and have a splendid day.

This is what I would LOVE to send out instead.....muhahahahah:

I still crack up at the alternative, but I need to maintain professionalism. cheers

It was subtle..."time is of grave importance" and please return as "humanly" possible...

No, it's there. Look at the line about being important. Around there is where you should see the difference.

Ahahaha, I spotted the pun-ish word as soon as I read the line in the parenthesis. XD
