音楽: Stacie Orrico!! My new favorite voice!!

Well, here I am on a Saturday night (midnight) thinking about the future and what to make of it. Today, I went to Tower records and bought two CDs. I had intended to buy only one, but ended up buying two. Typical me. Anyway, I bought Stacie Orrico, which I am strongly addicted to ever since I heard her super hit song, "Stuck." Her lyrics have some pretty strong messages to them, and I guess that is why I like listening to her. I also bought Guns N Roses "hits' CD. I don't know what really made me wanna buy that, normally I don't listen to GNR, but I guess I felt nostalgia or something, cuz now I own the hits CD. I also saw two movies today, and as one person would put it, "I had some serious bladder control" (the person who told me that one, you know who you are, thanks!!) One thing I learned is not to print names without permission, so people reading this, if you don't mind me printing your LJ user name, let me know!!

Hey, today I was actually good. I went to the library to actually check out books!!! Not only that, I actually picked them up and read!! OOOOO. For me this is something big. Lately I have been feeling so burned out with school that I don't really want to do anything, but I know that I need to get to work. I opened my big mouth in one of my classes by stating that I would do the research for this massive project, and since we are presenting on the 20th, I guess you could say, I am hauling okole!!

Thinking about the summer.... I actually applied to Consolidated theaters for a part time summer postion. In a way I hope I get it because then I could watch movies for free, and I would really like that. But I also hope I don't get it becuase then it would give me an excuse to do other important things in my life, like sleep and eat well. One thing is for sure, I am not planning on cutting my hair for them. If that even comes up in the interview, I would respectfully inform them that I have no intentions of cutting my hair and I am sorry to have wasted their time. Yadda yadda yadda.

I don't understand what the big deal is about men with long hair??? We are still men, just with long hair, so I don't see why so many people look down on that. I find that disturbing, really I do. Anyway, stay tuned for those movie reviews. I shall be posting them later on this week. Until then, take care everyone!!

I was friends with a guy in college who worked in a movie theater.
It was great, he was allowed to bring friends in to see movies. I think I saw the Matrix five times with him.

Lol, yeah, I like stacie orricos songs too. Have you heard Hilary Duff's cd? Lol, its silly, but I'm addicted to it!! Whats GNR? What movies did you see?

What books did you check out? I heard Jennifer Garner (alias)started in consolidated theaters, and eventually got into movie acting, if that's what your looking for... Otherwise I may be thinking of something else. =P

I don't know. I like men with long hair, I think it looks sexy. A friend of mine, she can't stand this guy I like, cuz his hair goes past his shoulders. I don't know... Conservatives!

Well, Stacie O is soo cool. I am still listening to her CD. I actually thought about buying hilary Duff's CD. I liked her song, "Why Not" but I didn't. But, if you like it, then I suppose it may be a worthy buy. GNR is Guns and Roses abbreviated. EArly 90s, they were what was hot, so hearing their songs brings back interesting memories.

Jennifer Garner started n consolidated?? Wow, I didn't know that. No, I am not planning a career in acting, if anything I think I would go politics before acting. There are just too many things wrong with our country, and I feel I would rather put my energy in correcting the wrong before making people laugh on a big screen. But, because I don't care for politics too much, I don't know if I will venture down that road or not. Right now, I will just concentrate on teaching.

Glad to hear that you are open minded to us men with long hair. I don't think I am sexy, but I do love to braid my hair and am glad that it's long!! Whoo hoo.

Lol, it already belongs to someone in my family, so I have no need of buying it. I like her song about rain... Can't remember the title. =P Ooh.. I wonder what GNR sing...

I think I read that in the Parade today.. Otherwise I just scanned something to quickly. If you get the parade in your sunday paper, read that. =P Politics before acting? You know I think politics are far worse than acting!

:) Lol, well its hard for people to think themselves sexy I believe. What do you think about short haired girls?

It was in Parade!! I just read it. Wow, never knew that.

short haired girls.... personally, I judge personality more than I do looks. I have found people who are not physically attractive, but have a genuine good heart and that makes them ten times as beautiful. So, short or long, does not matter, personality matters the most. Then again, I am aged, so my perspectives on life have changed drastically.

The rain?? Hmm, is that Stacie O, or Hilary D?

I was just asking about short haired girls because I don't think they are accepted and that kinda relates to long haired guys. I've found that about people too. Lol, so I always try to look past looks.

Its hilary duff.

See, now you've got me wanting to purchase the CD to check it out. Hee heee.

Well, in society, a girl with short hair can still get a job anywhere while a guy with long hair will run into difficulties. I am sure that the movie theater has a "No Long Hair Men" policy, which I don't understand becuase I don't have to cut my hair to become a teacher, but I do to work for minimum wage at the local theaters??? Illogical or what??

lol, just check it out from your local library. :)

Hmm... That's true. Lol, I don't think so. My friends brother had extremely long hair, in the style seen normally in women and he was working at the local movie theater. :) Is it true where you live?
