If you could take an all-expense-paid two-week vacation to anywhere in the world with one friend or partner, where would you go and who would you take?

Where indeed?? I really don't know? This is a really tough question to answer, but then again... I am going to say: the UK! I would want to go there because I have always wanted to visit the UK. I am a bit of a British fan (love some of their TV shows and some of their well known actors)> So I would love to visit the UK for a change and see what the difference is with UK and US. As for who?? Well.... no one (and I mean no one) comes to mind. Honestly. It has been that long that I don't have anyone that I would want to take with me on this adventure. But then again, I fancy traveling alone. I feel much more liberated that way.

Yeah, that's how I feel about Hawaii. It is not as wonderful as it looks, but I think that's because we are living in a place the most people fantasize about. To visit is one perspective, to live you see a lot more. You care more about what is happening, political as well. So... yea, there is a difference in both perspectives. I still would love to visit. One day i will, promise.

I've always wanted to travel alone, but am also kinda scared to. It sounds like it has its appeals though. :)

(Hello, new friend!)

Yea, it can be scary. I mean... you are ALONE... but I can't for the life of me thinking of one person I would want to travel with me. I have become to accustomed to living and traveling alone, so... it does not phase me.

Hello to you too!

Travelling alone is totally liberating. I pretty much prefer it to travelling with other people..

I love to travel and before I travel out of the country again, I would love to explore more of what the U.S. has to offer. I feel a bit deprived as far as my U.S. travels so I would love to take those two weeks and explore as many places as I could during that time period. New York would be one :)

As for who, definitely my husband. He is blind from birth so he sees the world through my eyes.

The first time I flew, I went to London. Travelling alone is great! I took a vacation with a friend once and it wasn't a happy event. Going by myself allows me to do what I want to do without having to check with someone else.
